The Buffs and Lady Buffs competed at the Region 3-4A championships this past weekend. Region 3 is a very competitive region consisting of over 50 schools from southeast Texas, Houston area, east Texas, and central Texas.
The Lady Buffs finished 6th overall, led by Carlie Weiser's first place finishes in the shot put and discus. In the shot put she threw 46 feet, 11 inches. In the discus she threw 150 feet, 9 inches.
